Caroline and Stuart got married at beautiful Villa Soludden, Värmdö. They live in Melbourne and many guests had travelled from Australia. The ceremony and reception was held at this international styled villa with breathtaking views of the Stockholm archipelago. Many guests stayed at Soludden for the night and the ground floor includes a spa area with a large sauna with sea view.

Caroline is a graphic designer and had naturally done all the stationary herself. The theme colours were white and peach/orange (shoes/stationary/flowers).

I asked Caroline about a special moment from the wedding day and she said: “My dad’s speech where he mentioned princess Madeleine’s upcoming wedding and said ‘to me the princess is getting married today’, referring to me. Perhaps a little cheesy, but the fact that he welled up and almost cried – something he never does – made it very special to me.”
